- Many versions of this drink exist. This recipe is based on the Huber's Restaurant version which also called for a high proof rum and sugar rim that is set aflame upon presentation. A customer may also expect the Licor 43 version which calls for 1 part Licor 43 to 4 parts coffee with a whipped cream float and ground cinnamon garnish.
